Description
Our client is looking to fill 2 positions based in Boksburg and Wadeville. Experience as a Stock Controller in steel, fencing, wire and related industries is essential.
Requirements
- 3–5 years’ experience in purchasing / stock control.
- Sound SYSPRO knowledge advantageous.
- Intermediate MS Excel.
- Product knowledge in Steel & Tube, fencing, wire and related products.
Responsibilities
- Receive and check stock; record damages/shortages and raise RTS for approval.
- Confirm receipt of purchase orders; mark branch stock to PO.
- Collate and allocate pick notes; monitor pick status.
- Generate invoices for collections; check dispatch vs pick slips/invoices.
- Record returns and request credit notes for processing.
- Perform daily counts; assist with stock takes; filing & admin.
- Own the full stock control function end-to-end.
