Requirements
3 or more years’ experience as a draughtsman on AutoCAD
Have reliable transport
Bilingual in English and Afrikaans
Able to read and quote off a technical drawing
Able to work with clients and advise them on services that the company offers
Have a strong eye for detail
Duties & Responsibilities
Represent the Company and deal with customers in a professional, respectful, efficient, and courteous manner
Ensure that all orders and quotations are handled according to Company systems and guidelines
Collaborate with the sales team to identify client needs and translate them into technical drawings and proposals
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and offering expert guidance throughout the sales process
Stay up to date with industry trends and technological advancements to continually enhance your skills and deliver innovative solutions to clients
Create accurate detailed drawings
Ability to translate customer needs into comprehensive designs to ensure customer satisfaction and a long term mutually beneficial relationship
