Overview

Join a high-impact team selling pressure management equipment (PRVs, SRVs, industrial regulators) to mission-critical process plants across Southern Africa. You’ll build trusted relationships, lead technical consultations, and drive growth by pairing customer needs with smart engineering solutions and responsive after-sales support.

Ideal profile:

Consultative technical sales + strong pressure relief/pressure management product knowledge + process plant exposure + disciplined CRM pipeline + comfortable gathering sizing data and working with engineering for best-fit solutions.

Experience & Requirements

  • Matric (Grade 12) and N3 (Mechanical) minimum; N6 preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of pressure relief/safety relief valves and industrial regulators.
  • Experience with pressure vessels and related codes.
  • 3+ years’ industry experience; process plant exposure advantageous.
  • CRM proficiency and disciplined pipeline management.
  • Valid driver’s licence.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Grow new business and expand key accounts through face-to-face, consultative selling.
  • Plan and run customer visits, site walk-downs, and technical product demos.
  • Qualify opportunities, follow up on quotes daily, and capture win/loss reasons in the CRM.
  • Execute sales strategies to meet and exceed budget.
  • Gather sizing and selection data; collaborate with sales support and internal engineering.
  • Proactively promote service and repair capabilities and generate service leads.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer shutdowns, outages, and turnarounds.
  • Nurture relationships with new stakeholders and uncover fresh opportunities.
