Overview

We are seeking experienced Internal and External Sales Representatives to join a dynamic team specializing in special steels. The ideal candidates will have strong product knowledge across carbon steels, alloy steels, and bright steels, with a proven sales track record in the steel industry.

Ideal profile:

Special steels sales experience + technical grade knowledge + strong relationship-building and target delivery.

Experience & Requirements

Minimum of 3 years’ recent sales experience within the steel industry, specializing in special steels.
In-depth knowledge of carbon steels, alloy steels, and bright steels.
Strong sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel (for external sales roles).

Duties & Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the special steel sector.
Provide expert advice on special steel grades, applications, and specifications.
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity within the steel industry.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.
