Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced External Sales Representative to drive sales growth in Worcester. The ideal candidate must have extensive knowledge of steel and tube products and a proven track record in the steel retail industry. Requirements

Strong external sales, steel product knowledge (steel, tube, sections) + leadership ability + disciplined quoting and follow-through.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Develop, grow, and maintain a strong customer base in Worcester.
- Implement strategic sales plans to achieve defined targets.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- Accurately calculate costs and collaborate with management on pricing strategies (special, contract, and standard pricing).
- Provide market insights on competitor pricing and activities to enhance market share.
Minimum Requirements
- 3 or more years’ sales experience in the mild steel and tube industry is essential.
- Valid driver’s license (essential).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
